AT HOME CRITTER CARE  was established in 2005 by owner/operator.  Jackie Downing. Our company was established through a love of animals and a growing need in the Tri-Cities area for responsible and dependable pet care providers.

  Our goal is to take care of your pets in the  safety of their own home where they are most comfortable when you have to be away from them, due to vacations, emergencies or work responsibilities.  This insures for happier pets and owners upon your return home.

Who We Are

" I have lived in the Tri-Cities area of SE Washington my whole life. I began caring for neighbors and families pets as a teenager before graduation from Pasco High. I found that I loved all kinds of animals and seem to understand them. I spent summers at my grandfathers ranch and my father breeds Paint horses. We have always had and raised Labradors and I have had several cats and horses and we even had a box turtle when my son was young. Animals will always be a part of my life as they enrich it greatly."
